Chef Cook
Chef Cook is the voice of the resistance against the Collars, which we agreed to help in many occasions. He runs a noodle shop in Saltspocket.
Update from 15 - Aftermath and After Saltspocket:
He got severely injured from the siege of the Collars' HQ (as he lost a leg and some internal organs).
After we encouraged Saltspocket's townsfolks to become a democracy, he raised himself to be the Interim Mayor.

From what we've seen, Chef Cook seems to be the voice of the resistance and a veteran, ready to help his fellow members.
However since he became the interim mayor, is it us or did he... changed? War can change people and power can corrupt, but not him... right?
